This study aims to analyze the influence of digital competence and human resource readiness on the effectiveness of the Santri Identity Card (SIC) at the Syubbanul Wathon Islamic Boarding School. Utilizing a quantitative method with an associative causality design, data were collected through questionnaires from 366 respondents selected using proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques via SPSS software. The results indicate that digital competence and human resource readiness have a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of the SIC system, both partially and simultaneously. Human resource readiness was found to be the most dominant predictor in driving system effectiveness, with a regression coefficient of 1.047. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 54.5% to system effectiveness, while the remainder is influenced by factors outside the model. This study concludes that digitalizing boarding school financial management requires a balance between investing in technical proficiency (hard skills) and strengthening psychological readiness and organizational cultural adaptation (soft skills). The implications of this research provide a strategic blueprint for traditional religious institutions to undertake accountable and sustainable digital transformation in the modern era.
